BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic football's senior OL Ben Galloway is featured in this week's "Pads Off", a segment hosted by Frank Forte where they talk anything but football.
Galloway has manned the right tackle position through the first eight games and has helped protect the pocket for graduate QB Caden Veltkamp, the nation's leader in completions per game (28.4). In part thanks to Galloway's efforts, the Owls offense is top 20 nationally in completion percentage (ninth, 69.8%), passing offense (fifth, 329.6), first downs (10th, 207), and scoring (14th, 37.8 points per game).
"Pads Off" is included in "Inside the Owls' Burrow" the team's weekly show airing each Thursday throughout the season on the Spot. The Spot, South Florida 39 (WSFL-TV), will air the show weekly on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. ET in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale DMA with replays running to be determined. The Spot, South Florida 9 (WHDT-TV), will air the show on Thursday at 6 p.m. ET in the West Palm Beach-Fort Pierce DMA with replays to be determined.
