BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic football's graduate LB Zyere Horton is featured in this week's "Pads Off", a segment hosted by Frank Forte where they talk anything but football.
Horton is currently in his fourth year with the program and has played in 36 games, seeing time on both special teams and defense. On Oct. 3, 2026, he tied his career high with seven tackles in the 66-10 victory over Texas Southern.
"Pads Off" is included in "Inside the Owls' Burrow" the team's weekly show airing each Thursday throughout the season on the Spot. The Spot, South Florida 39 (WSFL-TV), will air the show weekly on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. ET in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale DMA with replays running to be determined. The Spot, South Florida 9 (WHDT-TV), will air the show on Thursday at 6 p.m. ET in the West Palm Beach-Fort Pierce DMA with replays to be determined.
