BOCA RATON, Fla. – Inside the Owls' Burrow, the official weekly television show for Florida Atlantic Athletics, has returned for its 11th season. Episode 5 and every 30-minute show this season will air on The Spot stations in the South Florida market.
The Spot, South Florida 39 (WSFL-TV), will air the show weekly on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. ET in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale DMA with replays running to be determined. The Spot, South Florida 9 (WHDT-TV), will air the show on Thursday at 6 p.m. ET in the West Palm Beach-Fort Pierce DMA with replays to be determined.
Inside the Owls' Burrow is hosted and produced by Frank Forte and covers FAU sports, featuring player profiles, coach interviews and behind-the-scenes access to all varsity teams. Inside the Owls' Burrow is produced in collaboration with Florida Atlantic Sports Properties (Playfly Sports).
In Forte's weekly sit-down with Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Zach Kittley, the duo will discuss the biggest moments from the Owls' 38-30 win over RV Navy in the 2026 home and conference opener. On "Wired for Sound," fans can hear directly from graduate DB JK Johnson on the practice field, while we get to learn more about his position-mate Damarius McGhee off the field in "Pads Off." The episode will also look at William Dukes, former standout wide receiver in "Where Are They Now?"
