Barkley Wyckoff returns to the coaching staff for his 10th season as a volunteer assistant. Wyckoff began his volleyball career while attending Eastern College in St. David's, Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 1994 with a degree in youth ministry.
During his stint with St. David's, Wyckoff played for the university for four years and acted as a team captain for two seasons. In the off-season he participated on a club team that qualified for two USA Nationals.
He got his first work with young adults in 1992, when he acted as an assistant coach at Lower Merion High School while attending college. After moving to Florida, Wyckoff again worked as an assistant coach, at Jupiter High School. His experience paid off, and he landed the head coaching job of both the girls' and boys' teams at Jupiter. After spending five years with the Warriors, Wyckoff moved to Boca Raton High School to become the assistant coach for the Bobcats.
Head coach Jody Brown and Wyckoff crossed paths in the South Florida volleyball community, and Wyckoff began helping out with Florida Atlantic University volleyball in the fall of 2001.
Wyckoff is currently the youth pastor at the First Presbyterian Church in Boca Raton. Wyckoff married his wife, Melissa, in 2000. The couple has a son, Barkley.
