Head women's tennis coach Marcy Hora-Cava has signed five players.

BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University women's tennis program has added five incoming freshman for the 2013-14 season.
Lyndsey Boos comes to FAU from Orlando, Fla. where she earned a top-25 state ranking during her time at Boone High School. She is a four-star recruit according to the Tennis Recruiting Network.
Kandia Legall is also a four-star recruit. She hails from Palm Coast, Fla. and is ranked top-15 in the state. Legall is pursuing a career in medicine while attending FAU.
Alexa Ricci, from Longwood, Fla., ranked top-30 in the state while attending Lake Mary High School. Ricci was rated a 3-star recruit.
Bianca Biglione, also a 3-star recruit, earned a top-30 state ranking. A graduate of Arnold Palmer High School, Biglione achieved the third highest GPA in her graduating class of 400 students.
Maria Sugar will join the Owls from Guatemala as an international player.
"This is our largest freshman class in the program's history. I am looking forward to the challenge but, I am confident that the team I have chosen will bring us to the next level, athletically and academically. They all have a great head on their shoulders and will grow to be leaders on my team" said Marcy Hora-Cava, FAU's head women's tennis coach.
FAU will open the season on Sept. 27 when the team competes in the three-day UCF Open at Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla.
