BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University was defeated by Army, 5-2, in non-conference women's tennis action Saturday afternoon in Boca Raton, FL. The loss drops FAU to 4-7 overall while Army improves to 14-4. Alena Dvorakova and Claudia Kecht each picked up singles victories for the Owls. Army claimed the match's first point with a sweep of the three doubles matches. In singles play, FAU tied the score at 1-1 when Kecht defeated Army's Megan Noble, 6-3, 6-3, at no. 4.
