BOCA RATON, FL - After going 6-2 last week, the Florida Atlantic University softball team (20-14, 3-0 Sun Belt) will be away from home for its five games this week.

Head Coach Joan Joyce's squad will travel to Clermont on Tuesday, March 18 to face Saint Louis University (5-12) in a doubleheader. The first game starts at 3 p.m. The Billikens went a combined 0-5 against Missouri State University and Southeast Missouri State University, two teams the Owls played earlier this year. FAU lost to MSU 3-2 on February 16 and defeated SEMO 7-6 on March 8.

FAU goes on to the University of North Texas in its first conference road trip of the year on Friday, March 21. The Mean Green (11-16, 4-2) have won four of their last six games, including taking two of three games from both ULM and the University of South Alabama. The Mean Green will be looking for revenge after losing two of three games to the Owls in last year's series in Boca Raton. Blair Bodenmiller had a total of 10 RBI in the two FAU wins.

The Owls swept Western Kentucky University in their conference opening series last week. They beat the Hilltoppers again in the round robin portion of the Parents' Weekend Tournament. FAU fell to WKU in semifinals of the tournament, 8-0.

Live stats and live play-by-play for the games will be available at www.fausports.com.
