Jeremy Strawn has also been named this week's Conference USA Pitcher or the Week.

Freshman (2014): Pitched two perfect innings in relief vs. Ohio State to pick up first career save...tossed complete game four-hitter vs. Maryland for first career win...struck out seven in complete game, eight inning win over Penn State...took tough luck loss, giving up just three hits and fanning five in 1-0 game against Michigan...twirled complete game shutout vs. Loyola Marymount...stuck out a career high 12 batters vs. Mount St. Mary's...named C-USA Pitcher of the Week after not allowing an earned run in complete game wins over Florida Gulf Coast and Charlotte...ended the season on a streak of 30 innings without allowing an earned run...named to C-USA All-Freshman Team.
