BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University women's soccer team will return to the pitch on Sunday, Oct. 13 to host Old Dominion at the FAU Soccer Stadium at 2 p.m.

The Owls (2-8-3, 0-2-2 C-USA) are looking to gain ground in the Conference USA standings. FAU is just one point out of a qualifying spot for the C-USA Tournament. The Monarchs' (1-9-1, 1-3-0 C-USA) lone 2-0 victory came against conference foe East Carolina on Oct. 4.

ODU has scored seven goals on 103 shot attempts on the season, compared to FAU's 15 goals on 145 attempts.

The Owls are led by sophomore Claire Emslie who has three goals and an assist on the season. ODU's Jessie Klamut and Taylor Smith have two goals each to lead the Monarchs.

Both teams had Friday night off and Sunday's game will follow the FAU men's game against Howard.
