DeLand, FL - The Florida Atlantic University women's golf team finished its fall schedule with a sixth-place tie at the Holiday Inn Express/Hatter Invitational on Tuesday in DeLand.

The Owls recorded a 971 team score in the event and tied Seminole State College for sixth place. Stetson picked up the tournament title with an 897 composite score.

Senior Brooke McBoyle earned a top-10 individual finish with a 232 composite score over the 54-hole event. She had an even-par 72 score in Monday's second round, and also carded two 80-stroke rounds during the event.

Senior Anna Wiklund tallied a 236 score, highlighted by two six-over-par 78 rounds. The team also included Nicole Marino (250), Kayla DeSuza (253) and Marilyne Cadieux (261).
