Boca Raton, FL - Florida Atlantic University Head Women's Basketball Coach Chancellor Dugan has announced guard Morgan Robinson of Lyman High School in Longwood, has signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Owls' program for the 2012-13 season.

"Morgan is going to be a great addition to our program," said Dugan, who is currently in her 13th season on the FAU sidelines. "She plays for a great high school and AAU team."

Robinson, a 5-foot-9 senior, is ranked the 78th best prospect among Florida high school players after averaging 20.6 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game last winter. She made 59 percent of her three-point field goal attempts last season.

"Morgan shoots the ball well from the perimeter, like former Owl standout and current assistant coach Cristal Randolph," said Dugan. "I love how she is always around the ball and makes her teammates better."
