The Owls will appear on the Sun Belt Network for two games during the 2012-13 season

Boca Raton, FL - The Florida Atlantic University women's basketball team will be featured twice as part of the Sun Belt Conference's television network broadcasts during the 2012-13 season, league officials announced on Tuesday, October 23.

The first televised game comes on January 26 at Arkansas State University, with the second being two weeks later on February 9 at the University of South Alabama. Both games will start at 6 p.m. and can be seen on the CSS cable channel.

Two quarterfinal games and both semifinal matchups of the SBC's championship tournament in Hot Springs, Arkansas will be televised on March 9-10 on the conference network. Meanwhile, the championship game on March 11 will be shown nationally on ESPNU.

FAU, led by first-year Head Coach Kellie Lewis-Jay, is coming off a 17-win season and an appearance in the postseason Women's National Invitational Tournament in 2011-12. Junior forward Chenise Miller was named a preseason second-team all-conference selection by league coaches.
