Brian Remington

In January 2011, Remington was promoted from Assistant to Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Football and maintains his responsibilities for Men's and Women's Basketball.

Remington is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCC) and a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Florida Atlantic University's athletic department hired Brian Remington as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in July of 2008 to assist with Football and be responsible for Men's Basketball and Women's Soccer. Remington holds a Master's Degree in Applied Physiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo where he served as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach from 2005-2008. Remington was an integral part of an emerging Bulls' football program which won the Mid-American Conference East Division title in 2007 and Mid-American Conference Championship in 2008.

A native of Arvada, Colorado, Remington received a football scholarship from Adams State College and played collegiately there for one season until suffering a career ending knee injury in 2001.

He went on to finish his undergraduate coursework at the University of Northern Colorado where he earned National Dean's List honors while obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition in 2005.

During his time at Northern Colorado, Remington gained experience as a student assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Bears assisting with football and other assigned sports.

After graduating, he joined the Sports Performance staff at Arizona State University working with many of the sports including the nationally ranked Sun Devil football team.

He currently resides in Boca Raton with his wife Jessica.
