The Owls finished in 10th place with 291 total points with a total time of 2:18.33.

“Although our team finish wasn’t what we hoped for, I am very proud of this group! The last time we ran on this course was 2012, and we ran much better today than we did back then!” Said Cross Country Head Coach Alex Smolka. “Our result clearly shows that we are moving in the right direction and that we have a great young group of student athletes who are committed to our culture of handwork and team camaraderie.”

The men will travel to Tuscaloosa, Ala. for the NCAA South Region Championships on Friday, Nov. 13 beginning at 9 a.m
