BOCA RATON, Fla. - Andrei Morin-Koughouceff and Will Neuner advanced to the round of sixteen in the Bedford Cup being played in Tallahassee FL.  Nine schools are playing in the tournament being hosted by Florida State University.

Five players from FAU's men's tennis team are playing in the Bedford Cup, three won their first round matches.  Morin-Koughoucheff won his first round match against Riaan Du Toit of UCF 6-1 and 6-2.  In his second match Morin-Koughoucheff defeated Jack Haffey of Florida State in straight sets.  He will play today against Florida State's Grayson Goldin in the round of 16.

Neuner played and defeated Hans Adrian Riseng of Stetson 6-4 and 6-3 to move to the round of 32.  In his second round match he defeated University of Central Florida's Reece Acree after dropping the first game in a tie breaker.  Neuner won the next two games and advances to the round of 16 where he plays Cahit Kapukiran of Stetson.

 Gerald Nickerson def Anthony Grady of Bethune Cookman with an uncontested victory but lost in the second round to Grayson Goldin of Florida State.  Robert Dubuque and John Nowak loss first round matches. The tournament continues through Sunday.
