Daytona Beach, FL - The Florida Atlantic University men's tennis team rallied in singles play to defeat Bethune-Cookman University 4-3 in the regular season finale on Sunday, April 7.
Senior Jose Fantova led the singles effort with a 6-1, 6-1 victory over Bethune-Cookman's Juan Varon on the No. 1 court. Sophomore Will Neuner also earned a straight-set victory at No. 2 singles. As a duo, Fantova and Neuner picked up an 8-3 victory in No. 1 doubles match.
FAU improved to 8-13 on the season and will play in the Sun Belt Conference Championships from April 17-20 in Lafayette, Louisiana.
