New Orleans, LA - Florida Atlantic University concluded its two match road trip in New Orleans by falling, 6-1, to no. 20 Tulane University. Ernest Diaz got credit for FAU's point as the Barcelona native beat Patrizio Maucci, 6-4, 6-2, at no. 6. Diaz also got credit with a doubles victory when he paired with fellow senior Cristian Piaz to win, 8-5, at no. 2. With the loss, FAU falls to 6-10 on the year.
FAU will play its last home match on Sunday, March 30, against Atlantic Sun foe UCF. The match is scheduled to start at 11:00 am.
