Why I chose FAU: "I came to FAU because Coach Stokes has created a winning culture within the program. I have family in Boca Raton so I get a chance to see them. Lastly, coming from Kentucky, there's no better escape from the cold winters than being in South Florida!"

Previous School: Earned Big South Conference Freshman of the Week honors at Winthrop University in 2012...picked up a victory in the conference tournament in singles...posted eight singles victories, including a 5-2 mark at No. 6 singles.

High School: Ranked the No. 1 tennis player in Kentucky by the United States Tennis Association in 2010...went undefeated in 2009 and 2012 at St. Joseph Central Catholic...captured the West Virginia state championship in doubles in 2008...won West Virginia state tennis championships in singles in 2009 and 2010.

Personal: Son of Richard and Paul Meade...business administration major...would like to attend law school and work in the sports law industry...had a relative play baseball at FAU, Scott Murphy, in the mid-1990s...enjoys traveling.
