Why I chose FAU: I chose FAU because of the great climate and weather, and the opportunity to play Division 1 championship tennis and also receive an education at the same time.

Previous School: Named to the 2008 Atlantic Sun All-Freshman Team playing for Florida Gulf Coast University . . . advanced to the second round of the Southeast Regionals.

2009-10: Made a smooth transition to the Owls singles lineup by posting an 8-8 record . . . saw his most impact in doubles winning 11 matches . . . saw time at No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 singles and won six of his eight matches at No. 3 singles.

High School: Played for Tom Doran at Bayshore High School.
