Owls go 2-1 in last competition before conference tournament
Why I chose FAU? "I chose FAU because I know they have a good program and the opportunity will help me develop as an athlete. FAU will help me reach my full potential. I was also aware that Biology was the No. 1 major last year and that is the path I am taking in my studies. I believe FAU will give me th education I need to be a professional in the healthcare industry."
Prep: Played No. 1 singles and finished runner-up at the state finals while attending Shorecrest Prep...earned all conference honors all four years...named the St. Pete Times Player of the Year as a freshman and sophomore...earned Fox 13 News "Athlete of teh Week" during his junior season...received Shorecrest Prep "Male Outstanding Athlete" Award as a junior.
Personal: Born on October 22, 1992...son of George and Stephanie Betsarakis...biology major.
