Day Two of Championships Sees Four More FAU Records Broken

Cortina wins 3-meter and breaks record; Bucz, Pek and Williams new record-holders

Junior ('10-'11): Picked up his first career Sun Belt Conference Diver of the Week award following his performance in the Georgia Tech Invitational...set career-bests on both boards in the Dec. 18th FAU Invitational...placed first on the 1-meter board (303.40)...his 3-meter score, 261.00, earned him a runner-up finish...also picked up a win, on the 1-meter board, against Daytona Beach State College (274.13).

Previous School: Earned four-time All-America honors in the community college circuit at Santa Monica Community College and Sierra Community College...transfer from Sierra Community College...won conference title on the 1- and 3-meter diving boards.

Personal: Sociology major with a minor in Cultural Anthropology...son of Geoff and Beth King...hobbies include surfing, make music and making low-budget movies.
