Ceremonies will take place prior to tri-meet that begins at 11 a.m.
Junior ('10-'11): Saved his best for last, winning the 50-yard freestyle in the final regular season meet, against Dayton State Beach College (21.61, his season-best time)...also was part of the winning 200-yard medley relay in that meet...had three relay wins during the season, as part of the 200-yard free relay against Florida State and the 400-yard medley relay against Indiana River State College...had a runner-up finish in the 100-yard freestyle (48.10) and took third place in the 50-yard free (21.90) against Florida...set season-best times in four events in the Georgia Tech Invitational.
Sophomore ('09-'10): Had career-best performances in the 50-yard freestyle (21.24), 100-yard freestyle (47.29) and 100-yard butterfly (52.21) at Sun Belt Conference championships...participated in every meet in the 50-yard freestyle.
Freshman ('08-'09): Recorded two victories during freshman year, both on a 200-yard freestyle relay team...best mark in the 100-yard freestyle is 47.63 and 1:00.06 in the 100-yard breaststroke...swam the leadoff leg of the ninth-place 200-yard freestyle (1:23.69) at the Sun Belt Conference Championship Meet...also recorded season bests there in the 50-yard freestyle (21.47) and 100-yard butterfly (52.26).
High School/Club: Finished fourth in the FHSAA State Finals...voted captain...swam for coach Karney McNear...also was a member of Comets Swim Team under coach Cris Anderson.
Personal: Ocean Engineering major...born in Hollywood, FL...son of Victor and Cristina Fermin.
