BOCA RATON, Fla. -
The Florida Atlantic University men's soccer team has brought on six more players to join the squad for the 2015-16 season.
In addition to this year's earlier commits, Christian Williams, Aaron Laranetto, and Phillip Hitpass, the Owls are welcoming the following players: Donovan Henry, defender; Finn Crozier, forward; Aleksandar Gluvacevic, forward; Jordan Hoffman, goalkeeper; Douglas Landvik, midfielder; and Gabriel Oliveira, midfielder.
South Florida-native Donovan Henry attended American Heritage High School and was named to the 2014 and 2015 FHSAA All-Broward First Team. He also helped bring his team to the 2013 FHSAA state finals where he was named FHSAA honorable mention for his play.
Finn Crozier transferred from Heinrich-Schliemann-Gymnasium in Berlin, Germany. He played for SV Empor Berlin where he was the third-leading goal scorer in 2013-14 with 29 goals in 32 games. Crozier was the top goal scorer in the U17 2013 Copa Maresme in Spain with 12 goals in 10 games.
Aleksandar Gluvacevic is joining the team from IMG Academy where he was the top scorer his senior season with 35 goals. He has trained with FC Barcelona, RCD Espanol, San Andreu FC and Sporting Lisbon FC. From Charlotte, NC, Gluvacevic played for the Olympic Development/State Select Program (ODP) team and made two appearances in the state semifinals.
Goalkeeper Jordan Hoffman played for John Gall at Marcus High School in Flower Mound, Texas. Hoffman received honorable mention after his performance during the 2014 season.
Douglas Landvik attended the Viktor Rydberg Gymnasium in Stockholm, Sweden. He played for the country's top national junior team, U19 Allsvenskan Norra.
Miami-native Gabrial Oliveira played for Alan Sanchez at Ronald W. Reagan/Doral Senior High. He also played for Soccer Academy of the Americas, Real Madrid, Miami.
