Sophomore (2011): Started eight of the 10 games he appeared in...was second on the team in goals (two)...scored in each of the first two matches of the season, the game-winner on 8/26 against No. 14 FGCU (a 2-1 win) and 8/28 in a 1-1 tie with FIU...his 10 shots tied for third on the team, and six shots on goal tied for second...that .600 shot percentage also tied for second for the Owls.
Freshman (2010): Played in 16 games and started in four during his first season at FAU...was second on the team with goals (two) and points (five)...had six shots with three being on target...scored the game-winning goal against Wisconsin in a 2-1 win (9/12).
High School: Was an AP Scholar...played club soccer for Weston FC under head coach Marcello Neveleff.
Personal: Civil Engineering major...son of Chris and Petra Simons...has lived in south Florida his whole life.
