Owls Host FAU Slomin Autism Championship
Tee time for Friday's opening round is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.

Round 1 Pairings

LAKE WORTH, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University’s men’s golf team is set to host the FAU Slomin Autism Championship this weekend at the Fountains Country Club. Head Coach Angelo Sands introduced the fourteen teams at the opening ceremonies on Thursday afternoon.

The three-day tournament will include teams from Bethune-Cookman, University of Connecticut, DePaul, FGCU, Georgia Southern, Hartford, Jacksonville State, Lafayette, Middle Tennessee, Morehead State, Murray State, Stetson and last year’s champion UCF.

The opening ceremonies recognized The Slomin Family Center for Autism and Related Disabilities, Inc. as the tournament’s title sponsor. FAU’s cheerleading, dance team and band all performed prior to the shot-gun practice round.

The tournament will be played on the Fountain’s par-71, 6876 yard North Course. Tee time for Friday’s opening round is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. For live scoring click HERE
