NEW ORLEANS, LA - It was a day of celebration for Florida Atlantic University which began with a players luncheon followed by a trip to the Superdome for individual photos with Coach Schnellenberger as well as team photos and concluded with punt and kick coverage.

The lunch featured both teams and a performance by both bands and the cheer teams. Fans also began to arrive with three bus loads of students and a booster plane. All were treated to the Fulton Street party while the players retired for meetings and their final preparations for the program's first bowl appearance.

Fans that are unable to travel to the game may follow the team on ESPN2 which will enjoy the biggest week of the year for ESPN television which begins Thursday night with the year's first bowl game. FAU's game will air on ESPN2 as well as WMEN 640 AM, ESPN radio affiliates and www.fausports.com.
