BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University returned to the practice field on Tuesday afternoon after their tough loss to Middle Tennessee State. The damp weather wasn't the only challenging aspect of the day for the Owls, as they began preparation for undefeated conference foe Troy University (4-4, 3-0).

The session began with work on various defensive and offensive skills. Some areas covered were agility tackling and sled drills. During the inside drill, Aaron Sanchez rumbled through a hole in the middle of the field for 10-yards. Chris Bonner looked strong in the one-on-one receiver drills, catching a pass over his left shoulder at the five-yard-line.

In 11-on-11's, Jervonte Jackson blitzed the quarterback after a fumble and registered a sack. On offense, Frantz Simeon made a leaping catch on a 20-yard strike at the 40-yard-line.

FAU will return for full practice on Wednesday at 3:30 pm.
