Malik Eugene will return home when the Owls face USF |
Sept. 29, 2010
BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University's football team spent their second day of USF preparation in the rain. The Owls moved the to the FAU track and field complex for the afternoon's practice.
The squad used the day to continue work and completed each session which included inside drills, 1-on-1, 7-on-7. Team drills comprised much of the schedule with the weather making it difficult on the receivers and easier on the defensive backs.
The team is scheduled to return to the practice fields 3:30 p.m., Thursday, weather permitting. While practices are free and open to the public, they are subject to change so please check before coming.
Head Coach Howard Schnellenberger will be joined by FAU SportsPage host Ken LaVicka, of ESPN760 AM, Thursday night for the Coach's show, held each week at the Boca Raton Hooters.
Season and single-game tickets are available by calling 1-866-FAU-Owls begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-866-FAU-Owls end_of_the_skype_highlighting or at www.fausports.com.
