Boca Raton, FL - With an unprecedented 18 verbal commitments, a beautiful new co-educational facility, and a schedule in place Howard Schnellenberger, Florida Atlantic University's Director of Football Operations, will host an open house, 4-7 pm, Wednesday, February 7 at the Tom Oxley Center.

"The first Wednesday of February is our second opportunity to sign football players," Schnellenberger says. "Like last year, we celebrate that day with a pot-luck dinner and the introduction of the newest `Big Bad Burley Birds'. We will also announce the inaugural schedule and ticket options."

The pot-luck is open to the community and will be an opportunity to tour the newly opened Tom Oxley Co-Education Center, as well as meet the coaches and players who occupy the Center. Coach Schnellenberger will announce the signees and will address the media at 5:45 pm.
