It was the fifth consecutive win for Florida Atlantic (8-2). Siena ended its season 0-11.
Charles Conklin's 43-yard field goal in the third quarter accounted for all of Siena's scoring.
Allen, who left in the second quarter, was 7-for-8 for 77 yards. He threw two of his touchdown passes in the first quarter as Florida Atlantic took a 21-0 lead.
The Owls scored their first touchdown of the second quarter when Allen hit Taylor on a 17-yard strike. After Siena fumbled and lost the ensuing kickoff on the 19-yard line, Jackson ran in for a touchdown on the very next play, and the lead was further stretched to 43-0 by halftime.
Florida Atlantic rolled up 509 yards of offense, a school record, while
holding Siena to only 110 yards.
