TROY, Ala. (AP) - LeBarron Black ran for 189 yards and two touchdowns, and Hansell Bearden threw for another score as Troy State beat Division I-AA Florida Atlantic 21-6 on Saturday.

Black gave Troy State (3-6) a 21-6 lead in the third quarter on a 9-yard scoring run.

Florida Atlantic (0-7) scored in the second quarter when Jared Allen hit Thomas Parker on an 11-yard touchdown pass. Mark Myers' extra point was blocked.

Bearden threw a 54-yard touchdown pass to Jason Samples in the third quarter and finished with 130 yards passing.

The Trojans scored first when Black ran 7 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter.

Troy State outgained Florida Atlantic 360-137, including 230 yards rushing to just 15 for the Owls.
