Pre-Communication Studies

2014: Returned to action as the starting left guard...saw action versus No. 22 Nebraska and No. 2 Alabama...praised prior to the season home opener for his consistent play...recorded a tackle in the UTSA victory...picked up his sixth-consecutive start in the FIU game...part of a line rotation that earned the offensive MVP award following the Western Kentucky victory...part of a line that was praised for its performance at No. 23 Marshall...matched a strong defensive effort in his UAB start...saw action at UNT and at Middle Tennessee where he drew his 11th start of the season....started every game of the 2014 season at left guard...worked to bring along freshman Reggie Bain who played on his left as well as freshman Joe Gold at center along with Braden Lyons who was new to the center position.

Opening day starter at right guard against Miami and saw action in two games...suffered a season-ending injury.

2012: Saw action in nine games gaining experience to compliment his size...credited for a strong spring season.

2011: Used the year to practice with the team and redshirted.

High School: Played for Chris Hutchings at Fort Pierce Central High School where he held a preseason ranking in the top-25 for Florida offensive linemen...as a senior he was a two-time player of the week and earned first team All-Treasure Coast and All-Area honors...two-sport athlete (football and wrestling where he holds a 10-2 record on signing day...he is ranked No. 3 in the state for wrestling and he finished 25-4 and placed third in the state)...played in the "Outback Bowl" all-star game.
