New Orleans Bowl: Recorded six tackles versus Memphis, including five solo, and broke-up a pass.

2007: Returned following an injury and was an instrumental part of the squads' pass defense...started in the nickel package...recorded a personal high 10 tackles against FIU, six solo...10 tackles matched his career high, also against FIU (2005)...also had a strong game against Troy with eight tackles, six solo...had one sack on the season versus FIU...also had two passes broken up and forced two fumbles.

2006: Became an integral part of the defensive backfield and special teams...played in every game...recorded 14 total tackles, including seven solo...recorded three tackles against both Louisiana-Monroe and Southern Utah...missed spring practice due to rehabilitation.

2005: Played in 11 games as a redshirt freshman...worked his way up the depth chart to a starting spot...experience gained was valuable with the loss of two four-year year starters at the corners...tallied 67 total tackles, including 41 solo...recorded four tackles for a loss of 16 yards...recovered a fumble and grabbed two interceptions, one for a loss of 16 yards....recovered a fumble and grabbed two interceptions, one for a return of 21 yards...also blocked a kick...hit his stride during the middle of the season...tallied eight tackles in the third game of the season against Minnesota...did the same against ULM the following game and added his fumble recovery...surpassed his career-high eight tackles the following game versus Louisville with nine, including seven on his own and his interception return of 21 yards...also had games with five (twice) and seven...ended the year with a career-high 10 tackles versus Florida International.

2004: Redshirted.

High School: Played for Mike Searcy at Dr. Krop High School...tallied team-leading 74 tackles and recorded two sacks...earned first-team All-Dade as a senior and second-team as a junior...named Krops 2002 Athlete of the Year...two-sport athlete (football and wrestling...state champion in 170 pounds his senior year and finished with a 45-1 record).
