At Florida Atlantic University
Serves as a graduate assistant focusing on the defensive line and special teams. Aided in running the special teams and offensive scout meetings as well as assisted in positional drills for the defensive line. Also helped with recruiting efforts and developing the recruiting agenda. Helped lead a talented defensive squad that finished their first season in Conference USA as the No. 1 defense and also ended 2013 ranked No. 11 nationally in total defense, up from No. 70 in 2012, and No. 2 in pass defense. The talented group set an FAU team record for sacks. First notable player is defensive lineman Cory Henry who was named first team All-Conference with 27 tackles on the season and 9.5 sacks for a loss of 47 yards. Defensive lineman Brandin Bryant also received a Conference USA honorable mention for his performance in 2013, ending his second season with 9.5 tackles for a loss of 15 yards and ranked No. 16 in sacks in Conference USA with a total of six sacks for a loss of 35 yards.
At Wagner College
At Wagner, Rack was in charge of video input, data input and breakdown of opponent scouting. He also assisted with meeting preparation and practice planning. His focus was on offensive lineman, tight ends and special teams, while also coordinating the scout teams for defense and special teams. Rack was also the team's junior varsity special teams' coordinator. Recruiting responsibilities included Kansas JUCO's, Queens and Nassau County (New York) and Eastern Pennsylvania. During the offseason, Rack volunteered at the University of Kansas Skills Camp and at the Jay Richardson Foundation Life Skills Camp.
Rack earned All-Mid-American Conference tight end honors in 2008, as a senior, playing for SUNY at Buffalo where he was a three-year starter for the Bulls. Rack also saw action on special teams all four seasons. He was one of only four non-BCS tight ends named to the 2009 John Mackey Award Midseason Watch List, and was awarded the school's U Believe Tight End award four times. During his career, the Bulls were 2007 co-champions of the MAC's East Division, were outright 2008 conference champions, and Rack was part of the squad that participated in the 2009 International Bowl against Connecticut. Following the completion of his career, Rack was invited to the New York Jets Rookie Mini-Camp.
