2011: Saw action as a true freshman...played in nine games and made the dressed list for every game...primary contributions were on special teams where he recorded three tackles, all solo...first collegiate tackle was versus Middle Tennessee...recorded season-high two at Troy.
High School: Played for Tom McHugh at Pasco High School where the team advanced deep into the playoffs with an 11-1 record... the team's only loss came in the Class 3A region semifinals...two-way player that earned first team all-county honors as a tight end by the Tampa Tribune, second-team honors North Suncoast defensive recognition and first team North Suncoast as a wide receiver...as a senior he tallied 10 carries for 107 yards, recorded 12 receptions for 192 yards and had 17 tackles, including three sacks...as a junior he had 21 catches for 400 yards (19.05 per catch), with four touchdowns while guiding the Pirates to a 9-2 record...four-sport athlete (football, basketball, weightlifting and track)...as a senior round baller he averages 13.2 points a game and 10.3 rebounds per game...he also received interest from Georgia Southern University, Youngstown State University and Texas Tech, all at wide receiver while he is expected to see action at tight end for the Owls.
