2004: Continued to see valuable playing time at quarterback including four-scoring drives...used his mobility to his advantage...connected for his first touchdown of the season against Texas State and followed it up one game later against Northern Colorado...also had a passing TD against Florida A&M and Edward Waters...also served as the team's place kicking holder.
2003: Transferred to FAU in January 2003 to begin learning the system and become acquainted with the program...saw action in 10 of the team's 14 games...completed passes in seven of those games...accumulated more than 50 yards passing in five games...had an outstanding performance against a ranked Northern Colorado...was called into action with a two point lead late in the third quarter...saw UNC pull within two at 14-12 before he led the squad on an eight- play, 80-yard scoring drive that concluded with an 11-yard TD pass to Roosevelt Bynes and the eventual 21-19 score...was 8-9 in that game with 132 yards and the TD pass...in his last four games his passing totals were 26-23 and he completed a touchdown pass in each of those four games...he ended the year 30-of-37 with no INTs...his longest pass of the year was 49 yards. 2002: Served as a back-up quarterback and served as the team's late season punterg...played in five games...was 9-of-17 with 2 interceptions for 137 yards and two TDs...his longest reception was a 33-yard completion against Tennessee-Chattanooga...on the ground he had eight carries for 16 yards...as a punter, Embick punted twice for a total of 77 yards and an average of 38.5 yards...his longest was 42 yards. 2001: Member of the travel squad as a true freshman...did not see time therefore was able to use the year as a red-shirt season...was 18-28 for 167 yards in the Gold-Blue spring game.
High School: Played for Jack Daniels at William T. Dwyer High School...earned first team 5A Florida all-state quarterback...Palm Beach Post Offensive Player of the Year...passed for 2,400 yards and 21 touchdowns...rushed for 650 yards and 12 touchdowns...recorded 90 tackles on defense as a safety...led team to a 13-2 record and the state 5A championship game...participated in the Florida-Georgia All-Star Game...named All-America by PrepStar and Florida Student Sports...three-sport athlete (football, basketball and baseball).
