2011:Saw action in seven games as a true freshman, both on special teams and at safety...recorded his first collegiate tackle at Auburn, an assist...the following week he earned his first solo tackle, at Louisiana...ended the season with two tackles, one for a loss of six yards.
High School: Played for Alvin Slaughter at Monsignor Pace High School where he tallied 77 tackles, two sacks, one interception and three deflections as a senior...earned third-team all-Dade County honors...played in the North/South Dade County All-star Game, the Optional All-Star Game and the Private versus Public All-Star Game... Slaughter called Parms an impact player...Larry Bluestein called Parms a "big-time get"...named second-team All-Academic...two-sport athlete who ran a 4.5 40 (football and basketball, high school teammate of current FAU hoopster Ray Taylor)...chose FAU over Memphis and FIU.
