2014: Recorded two tackles as a starting corner at No. 22 Nebraska...had four tackles at No. 2 Alabama...also had a tackle for a loss of two-yards...recorded five tackles, all solo, in the season home opener versus Tulsa...credited with two pass breakups....returned one punt for a yard...tallied four tackles at Wyoming, including three solo...had a breakout game versus UTSA with seven tackles, his first collegiate interception which he returned 76 yards for a score and two passes defended, one of which was a game saving in the end zone and with no time on the clock...recorded nine tackles at FIU, including eight solo...finished the Western Kentucky game with six tackle, including five solo...credited with two back-ups.
2013: Second season with the team and made five starts out of 11 appearances...had his first kickoff return against MTSU and totaled 81 yards in that game...recorded 24 tackles on the season and had a season high of five tackles against UAB...garnered FAU game ball honors for his performance on special teams in the MTSU game.
2012: Joined the squad during preseason...first start came at Georgia, a game he recorded five tackles (5:2,3) and a pass break-up...tallied three tackles at Alabama...two tackle assists versus North Texas and followed it with three at ULM...set a mark of six solo tackles at South Alabama and upped it by one versus Louisiana, a game that he also had an assist for a total of eight tackles, his season and career high...recorded his first tackle for a loss versus Louisiana...credited with breaking up four passes (at Georgia, at ULM, at South Alabama and Louisiana)...also served as a kick returner...recorded a total of seven returns, three at Western Kentucky, including his career long of 35 yards.
High School: Played for Roosevelt Blackmon at Glades Central High School where he recorded five interceptions, 75 tackles, one sack...was credited with 10 broken-up pass attempts and three forced fumbles...returned one punt and a kick for a score as a senior...at season's end named first team All-Area as both a junior and senior...credited with "the Hardest Hit" of the year in Palm Beach County...participated in the Nike South Florida All-Star Game and was invited to the Outback Bowl and the Nike All-Star Game...member of the Honor Roll.
