2010: Began preseason workouts as a guard but after five centers were lost during camp, including Colley for a while, he earned the starting center spot...began collegiate career at UAB...continued to improve as the year progressed...held out in the spring to rehab.

High School: Played for Mickey Lindsey at Pace High School...served as the team's captain as a senior the year that he earned second team All-State, first-team All-Area and first-team All-North Florida...played in the PSA Regional All-Star Game and the FACA North vs. South All-Star Classic...two-sport athlete (football and weightlifting).
