2003: Played in five games before being sidelined with mononucleosis...recorded a tackle in each of his first three games and ended the season with two solo tackles and one assist.
2002: Played in 10 games...continued to improve as he gained experience...recorded nine solo tackles and a total of 15 on the season...one for a loss...member of the fall honor roll.
2001: Joined the team for two-a-days...shortly after a death in the family forced him to withdraw from school...returned to the team in January.
High School: Played for Anthony Sounders at Miami Central High School...as a senior: earned first team All-Dade County, second team All-State and honorable mention All-American honors...team finished third in the state play-offs...served as the team's captain and voted MVP...two-sport athlete (football and track)...qualified for the regional final in the shot put and discus.
