Game Notes

SATURDAY'S GAME: FAU (12-11, 8-4 Sun Belt) come to Denver after losing to North Texas 86-69 Thursday night. It was the Owls' first loss in five games. Denver (11.6) and FAU (12.4) are the best two teams in the Sun Belt in turnovers.

TV/RADIO/INTERNET: All of FAU's games this season (home and away) air on live commercial radio ESPN - 760 AM with audio links available on FAU's official athletics website Ken LaVicka (play-byplay) will call the game for ESPN760.

Denver: The Pioneers (13-9, 6-5) are playing for the first time since losing 73-62 at Arkansas State on Saturday. Brian Stafford scored 19 points in the defeat. Preseason First Team selection Nate Rohnert added 13 for the Pioneers.

LAST TIME OUT: FAU had its five game winning streak snapped on Thursday night in an 86-69 loss to North Texas in Denton. The Owls are 0-4 all-time in Denton. Raymond Taylor had seven assists to break the FAU single season record for assists. Greg Gantt had 18 points to lead the Owls in scoring.

THE SERIES: The two teams have split the four previous meetings with both teams going 2-0 at home. The teams split last season's two meetings.
