The Owls also scored the first 10 points of the second half to complete an 18-0 run and take a 42-29. Troy (5-9, 0-3) kept pecking away at the lead and was able to press FAU into several turnovers, eventually trailing by just three with 54 seconds left. Gantt was able to make four straight free throws down the stretch to seal the win.
