DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- JNathan Bullock scored a game-high 25 points and George Tandy came off the bench to add 18 as Cleveland State rolled past Florida Atlantic 76-66 at the Glenn Wilkes Classic on Sunday.
Guard Cedric Jackson contributed 17 points. The junior is the tournament's leading scorer, averaging 21.6 points in three games.
The Owls (1-4) struggled offensively in the first half, shooting just 36 percent in the paint, despite forward Carlos Monroe scoring 13 points on 5-of-9 shooting. Monroe finished with a team-high 23 points and 13 rebounds, the game's lone double-double. Guard Paul Graham III added 18 points, going 6-of-13 in the paint.
FAU, down 39-26 at the half, opened the second with a 7-0 run and was able to pull within four at 67-63 with 3:18 remaining. Jackson and Bullock combined for seven points in the final two minutes to secure the win.
Cleveland State shot 42 percent on field goals throughout the game, but went 9-of-21 on 3-pointers, including three from Bullock. The Vikings (3-2) also got 25 points off the bench.
Cleveland State finished the Classic 3-1, including a campus site win at South Florida on Nov. 9, while the Owls went 1-3 for the tournament.
