BOCA RATON, Fla. - Kingsley Edwards came off the bench and scored half of his game-high 20 points from the free thrown line as he led Central Florida to a 73-70 win over Florida Atlantic on Thursday night.

The win is UCF's sixth straight in the series, which the Golden Knights (11-4, 4-3 Atlantic Sun) lead 20-5.

Marcus Avant finished with 18 points for UCF while Joshua Peppers added 13. The Golden Knights won despite two starters, Marcus Johnson and Anthony Williams, fouling out in the second half. Williams led UCF with 10 rebounds.

Mike Bell led FAU (3-11, 3-4) with 16 points and 10 rebounds while Kahleaf Watson was the only other FAU player in double figures, chipping in with 14 points.
