Junior (2011-12): Started five games while getting playing time in 29 games... Scored 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds while coming off the bench at Florida International (1/21/12)... Followed that with a 10 point-seven rebound performance verse Western Kentucky (1/26/12)... Finished the season second in total rebounds (128) and average per game (4.4)... Led the Owls in field goal percentage (.567) having 17 games where he shot 50% or better.

Sophomore (2010-11): Scored 14 points and pulled down eight rebounds vs. Milwaukee (11/13/10) at Athletes in Action Classic...grabbed career-high 11 rebounds vs. Warner (11/17/10)...had six rebounds at Florida (11/23/10)...scored nine points and had six rebounds in first start of the year at Troy (12/16/10)...scored 10 points in three straight games vs. Manhattan (1/11/11), at Middle Tennessee (1/13/11) and at Western Kentucky (1/15/11)...had eight points and four rebounds vs. FIU (2/5/11)...registered 12 points and five rebounds at Denver (2/10/11)...had a career high 19 points and pulled down eight rebounds at FIU (2/19/11)...received team's Most Improved Player Award.

Prep: Starred at Olympia High School in Orlando, one of the best prep basketball programs in the nation... helped Olympia win Florida's 2009 Class 6A District 5 and FHSAA Region 2 championship as a senior, advancing to the FHSAA 6A final four and state championship game at The Lakeland Center... honored on the Orlando Sentinel's list of the state's top 30 seniors... shot 56% from the field, blocked 37 shots and reached double figures in scoring 13 times as a senior... named to the Florida Athletic Coaches Association 2009 Class 6A all-region team comprised of 10 players from Orange and Osceola Counties... recognized as a Top 50 high school recruit by FloridaProspects.com... OHS went 25-8 overall and won the Metro Conference with an 8-0 mark in 2008-09... OHS earned national rankings by SportsIllustrated.com, ESPN RISE and PrepNation.com... as a junior McCoy helped OHS go 24-3 in 2007-08 and advance to the 2008 6A District 5 semifinals... transferred to OHS from Colonial High School - also in Orlando - where he was an All-Metro Conference honorable mention as a sophomore, tabbed as one of the league's most talented front court players... led CHS in scoring (13.6 ppg) and rebounding (9.1 rpg) while shooting an outstanding 77% from the field, reaching double-figures in 19 of 24 games... twice invited to play at the Breakdown Magazine Battle for the Rankings' camp... played for the No. 1 ranked 14-Under AAU team in the state of Florida, the Showtime Ballers playing in a number of the nation's top tournaments.
