I read you guys were not starting practice until October. Do your guys
do anything before then, do they lift or run or throw? And if yes what kinds of weights and throwing do you do? Thanks for your time!!!

Thank you for your question. The players are currently working very hard in the weight room and on the field doing skill work. We will continue the skill work until practice starts October 7th, but we will lift weights through out the semester. The weight room is very important to us. We need the weight room to enhance the player's natural ability and help us stave off the occasional injury. Thanks again for your question and keep them coming. Take care and go OWLS.
