As a Junior (2006): Made 13 appearances and two starts during the season...starts came against Bethune-Cookman on May 10 and East Tennessee State at the A-Sun Tournament...longest outing was 5 2/3 innings against Bethune-Cookman...had a season-high seven strikeouts against Monmouth on Mar. 7 in 3 1/3 innings...one win came in that game.
Summer League (2005): Played for the Herndon Braves in the Clark Griffith League...finished with a 3-2 record and 3.11 ERA in 37.2 innings...recorded 41 strikeouts and only walked three batters.
As a Sophomore (2005): Sat out most of the season recovering from an injury before returning on May 11 when he threw 2/3 of an inning against Florida International...his longest outing came in a start against Stetson on May 28 in the championship game of the A-Sun Tournament when he worked 3.2 innings and struck out four.
Summer League (2004): Played for the Bethesda Big Train in the Clark Griffith League...made one start for the league champions working 4 1/3 innings and striking out two.
As a Freshman (2004): In his first collegiate outing against FAMU he struck out the side...his longest outing came against Florida International when he worked two innings and gave up his only earned run of the year.
High School: Played for former FAU player Garry Kamphouse at North Fort Myers High School, where he was a Second-Team All-State and All-Area selection as a junior...named to the All-Conference and Honorable Mention All-State teams his final two seasons...team MVP and Pitcher of the Year all four years of high school...won numerous academic awards including U.S. Army Scholar-Athlete, Rotary South Scholar and was a finalist in the Sprint DSL Scholar-Athlete award.
Summer League: Played for the Southwest Florida Baseball team that finished the summer with three first-place finishes, two second-place finishes and a third-place finish in national tournaments...the squad won the International Travel Baseball World Series and the USSSA Florida Championship...finished 6-1 with a 2.54 ERA in 46 innings.
