  • Saw action in 18 games out of the bullpen with the first two starts of his collegiate career to end the season
  • Posted a 2-2 record and averaged more than a strikeout an inning (31 in 28 frames)
  • Picked up a victory in relief against Middle Tennessee (March 19) and also in his first start, with two scoreless innings against Old Dominion (May 18)
  • Longest outing came in the team's Conference USA Championships matchup versus Rice, as he went five innings
  • Four times, struck out three batters
  • Five of his relief outings were more than an inning, and in 13 of them, he did not allow an earned run
