Summer League ('03): Threw 25 innings for the Santa Fe Reds in the Stan Musial League...recorded 30 strikeouts and a 2.1 ERA.

As a Freshman ('03): In four appearances worked a total of 3-1/3 innings...his collegiate debut came against Bethune-Cookman on January 31 when he worked a season-high 1- 1/3 innings...he struck out one in the Florida International game on February 19.
