As a sophomore (`02): Was a huge part of the pitching staff's success...a middle reliever that was used as a set up man..recorded a season-high seven strikeouts in four innings at Troy State...held a 1.01 ERA through 19 appearances...recorded his three wins in conference play.
As a Freshman (`01): Acted as a reliever out of the pen...saw action in 13 games and worked 18.2 innings...longest outing of the season came against Jacksonville on May 18 (3.2 IP)...season-high five strikeouts in three innings against Iona (3/9)...struck out 15 and carried a 7.71 ERA for the season.
High School: Played for Dennis Barth at Gloucester Catholic High School...named All-Conference and All-Parochial... holds a high school career record of 17-1...Gloucester Catholic won back-to-back state titles (`99, `00) and captured the national high school title in 2000...named to the honor roll three times...also earned super sophomore and super junior honors.
Summer: Played in the American Legion system...appeared in two-straight American Legion World Series...won two-straight Youth World Classic Tournaments...captured three-straight Legion State Championships for Brooklawn, NJ and two Regional Championships.
